Search pattern

FCI 19: fine nose, fast, with a pleasant voice; does not refuse bramble; very nimble on rough terrain; hunts rather with nose to the wind. Takes a lot of initiative; must be equally good at working a cold track, starting game and driving it. Usually in a small pack. UKC: stamina and enthusiasm, a passionate hunter, not quick to obey. Wikipedia: bred to work in packs as well as on their own; able to pick up a cold trail as well as a hot one.
