Copyright and takedown.

Handlers share photos of their dogs with us on the Wall, in Show the Work, and in KENAI Nation. If something there is yours and was posted without your permission, tell us and we will take it down.

1. Who this covers

This policy covers my.kenaigundog.com, kenaigundog.com, and the KENAI app, run by KENAI Holdings LLC (“KENAI”). It follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. What we ask of everyone who posts

Only post photos and words you made yourself, or that you have the owner’s permission to share. When you enter Show the Work you confirm this in the form, and when you post in KENAI Nation the same rule applies.

3. Reporting a photo or post

Send a written notice to our designated agent (section 5) with:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • a description of the work you own (for example, “my photo of my setter on point, taken October 2026”);
  • where it appears on KENAI, with a link or a description specific enough for us to find it;
  • your name, mailing address, phone number, and email;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove the material or disable access to it promptly, and we let the person who posted it know.

4. If your post was taken down by mistake

If you posted it and believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; a description of what was removed and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district where KENAI may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We forward it to them, and unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.

5. Our designated agent

Copyright Agent, KENAI Holdings LLC
Attn: Chad McClellan
5183 W 13400 S, Unit 375, Riverton, UT 84096
Email: Hello@kenaigundog.com (subject line: Copyright notice)

6. Repeat infringers

We remove the account of anyone who repeatedly posts work that is not theirs to share.

7. Misuse

A notice or counter-notice that knowingly misrepresents the facts can make the sender liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are not sure whether a use is allowed, please talk to a lawyer before you send one.
