Istrian Coarse-haired Hound.

FCI 152 utilization: a hound with lots of stamina, particularly fitted for hare, fox and boar hunting, but can also be used as a tracking leash hound; Group 6 section 1.2, with working trial. Easy to train for hunting; its constitution allows work in any weather. UKC: equally well suited to fox and hare as the smooth-coated Istrian; enthusiastic hunter, gentle, docile, calm and very attached to its owner. Thesis: good on hare, fox and wild boar, and usable as a blood-tracker; especially prized by Slovenian hunters in the Ribiska valley. Wikipedia: still kept primarily as a hunting dog rather than a pet; bred for performance, so it tends to be willful and harder to train than many breeds..

Coat

FCI: topcoat wiry, harsh, slightly wavy, dull, about 5 to 8 cm, not lying flat, never curly or forming locks; moustache, beard and bushy eyebrows; shorter denser undercoat more evident in winter; snow-white with orange markings not exceeding one third of the body. FCI history: the coat is wire-haired because of the cold mountain climate of the east Adriatic coast. UKC: outer coat harsh, fairly long, dull and bristly, never curly or wavy, with a short thick undercoat; snow white with lemon-orange markings. Wikipedia: weather-resistant wiry coat, topcoat 2 to 3 in with a woolly undercoat.

FCI says orange, UKC says lemon-orange; the Croatian FCI text disqualifies lemon yellow markings. Both stand.
