AKC Retriever Hunting Tests
Master Hunter.
The finished retriever: multiple marks, cold blinds, honoring, judged to the standard of a true shooting-dog partner.
Who can run
AKC registered. No lower title required to enter.
What the dog has to do
6 qualifying scores, or 5 if the dog is a recorded SH. Beyond: MNH (3 Master National passes), MH Lifetime Achievement at 12+ passes.
How it is scored
Same structure as Senior at the Master standard: 7.0+ overall, independent 5.0+ in Marking and in Blinds categories.
